ELIGIBILITY:
1. Must be 18 years old and above, a resident of the Philippines, of any gender.
2. Must have an active and public TikTok account.
RAFFLE MECHANICS:
1. Users record themselves using the TALA powers filter and must collect all milestones to qualify within 10 seconds.
2. Video should be 3-60 seconds only.
3. Post the video, write the milestone they want to achieve with TALA, use the hashtags #TalaPH #TalaKasanggaSaBuhay, and tag @talaphilippines.
4. Follow @talaphilippines TikTok account.
5. Make sure your account and post are set to public to easily track your entry.
6. Users will then be prompted to answer a Google form where they can input their entries and upload their video, along with their name, address, mobile number, and TikTok username.
7. One video equal to one raffle entry; one entry per participant only.
8. All submitted entries means you agree to TALA’s data privacy terms and conditions.
9. The deadline of entries will be on October 19, 2025, 11:59PM.
10. Five (5) lucky winners of Php 10,000 sent to their chosen e-wallet or through online banking.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Promo period will start on September 20, 2025, 12:00AM up to October 19, 2025 at 11:59PM.
2. Your entry should be discoverable in the TALA powers filter TikTok Branded Mission Page.
3. You should have collected all milestones in the TALA powers filter.
4. Your caption should contain the right hashtags, and answer to the prompt given.
5. Video should only be 3-60 seconds long, and should not contain any copyrighted music and there should be no competing brands in the video.
6. Five (5) random winners will be chosen to win Php 10,000 cash via online raffle draw.
7. An entry is only valid if users have posted the required video with the correct hashtags and have successfully filled out the Google Form where they can submit their personal information for the raffle draw. In the event that an entry has been drawn but the user has not attached the video to the google form, their entry will be void and the raffle will be re-drawn.
8. The prize will be credited to the winner’s account and will be non-transferable. The prize will not be subjected to tax as it does not exceed Php 10,000.00
9. Each winner can only win once.
Determination of Winners:
1. October 19, 2025 – The promotion will close at 11:59pm.
2. October 22, 2025 – Tala will pull the list of qualified raffle entries. Winners will be selected through a random draw held in the office of Tala Financing Philippines Inc., at 5600 Osmeña Highway cor. Arellano Street, Brgy. Palanan, Makati City, and in the presence of a DTI representative at 9:00am through Google Meet. A total of 5 winners will be chosen. Tala will also submit the list of winners with their personal details to the DTI.
Notification of Winners:
1. October 22, 2025 – The names of the winners will be posted on Tala’s official social media pages: Facebook and TikTok. Winners will also be informed through registered mail and email. Additionally, it will also be announced in Tala’s social media pages.
2. They will have to inform Tala of the details of their chosen e-wallet, where their prize will be credited.
3. Winners will receive the prize of ₱10,000.00 in their e-wallet within 7 working days after they’ve reached out.
4. A customer can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, their name will be re-drawn.
Redemption of Prizes and Redemption Period:
1. To claim the prize, winners must send via email to Tala at promos@tala.co. A copy of 1 valid government-issued ID, together with their e-wallet account and account number where the prize will be credited.
2. The winner has sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
3. Tala Philippines reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entries and participants and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with the mechanics. Any incomplete responses will be deemed invalid.
4. The cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s chosen e-wallet after confirmation of their details.
5. Participants agree to allow Tala to collect personal information in order to generate the raffle entry, provide notifications, announce the winners on social media, and fulfill your prize and may, for these purposes, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, sponsors, service providers, and prize suppliers.
