Eligibility

The Tala Bigtime Bwenas Raffle is open to the following participants:

• Individual Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines, at least 18 years of age, who are existing Tala Customers with active loans and who repay their loan on or before their due date during the promo period.

• Loan due amounts must be more than zero

• Customers who pay in full will be invited to enter the raffle

The following are prohibited from participating in the promo:    

• All employees of Tala Financing Philippines Inc. (“Tala Philippines” or the “Company”), its advertising agencies, any person or entity involved in the event, as well as their relatives/family members up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the promo.

Entry Specifications 

Tala customers with an active loan who fully repay their loan on or before their due date during the promo period, and fill up the raffle form will be granted one (1) entry into the raffle draw.

Process for Selecting Winner

 

• Upon confirmation of on-time repayment; Tala customers will receive an in-app Braze card that will invite them to fill up a form via PromoSimple. The following details will be gathered:
  
  

• Last Name

• First Name

• Middle Name

• Tala Registered Mobile Number

• Complete Address

• Email Address

• Once the Tala customer fills out the form, they will receive email confirmation that they have one (1) entry in the raffle draw.

• The raffle will close on 12/03/2023, at 11:59PM. Winners will be randomly selected through PromoSimple and in the presence of a DTI representative on 12/05/2023, at 1:00PM at the Tala Philippines office located in 5600 Osmena Highway corner Arellano Avenue, Barangay Palanan, Makati. 

• A winner’s name can only be drawn once.
  
  

• One hundred fourteen (114) winners will be selected; (1) grand winner and (3) tier 2 winners; (10) tier 3 winners; and (100) tier 4 winners. 

Announcement of Winners

• The winners will be announced on 12/8/2023 at 11:00AM in a post launched by the official Tala Philippines Facebook Page and amplified on other owned channels. 

• The winners will receive individual messages through registered email, confirming their winning of the raffle draw, and will also receive instructions on how to claim their prize.

• Tala reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entries and participants, and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with the mechanics. Any incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

Redemption of Prizes and the Redemption Period

• Winners will be announced via public Facebook post on the official Tala Philippines Facebook page and through blog on the Tala Philippines website.

• Within thirty (30) days upon posting of the announcement, a Tala representative will send an email and registered mail to the winner; prompting him/her to send in details to aid in the securing of his/her prize.
  
  

• The winner has sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

• Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferable
  
  

• Tala Philippines reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entries and participants and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with the mechanics.  Any incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 

• Customers may only win once. In the event that a name was drawn more than once, the customer shall receive the prize with the higher value and another draw will be made for the lower value prize.

• Winners shall be asked by Tala to send via email a copy of 1 valid government issued ID before being allowed to claim their prizes. 

• All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  
  

• Prizes will be redeemed as follows:

• TIER 1 (Honda TMX Alpha 125)

• Should the winner reside within Metro Manila, he/she will be asked to claim the prize from the Tala office at 5th Floor, TIM Building, 5600 Osmena Hwy. cor. Arellano Ave. Quezon City. 

• Should the winner of the indicated Grand Prize (Honda TMX Alpha 125) reside outside of Metro Manila, they will be asked to claim the prize at the nearest Motortrade Branch, where a Tala Representative will assist in the full payment of the motorcycle.

• Availability of the motorcycle will depend on the dealership where the winner will claim the prize. In the event that the prize is out of stock at the dealership nearest the customer, Tala may request that the winner claim the grand prize at another dealership. In the event that there is no nearby dealership with available stock, it may take up to 90 days before Tala will be able to provide you with the motorcycle.

• Tala will cover the costs for LTO registration fees and comprehensive insurance fees.

• TIER 2 (3 units; Samsung A14)

• Should the winner reside within Metro Manila, he/she will be asked to claim the prize from the Tala office at 5th Floor, TIM Building, 5600 Osmena Hwy. cor. Arellano Ave. Makati City.

• Should the winner reside outside of Metro Manila, the prizes will be shipped via LBC to them. Tala agrees to shoulder shipping fees.

• TIER 3 and 4 

• Tier 3 and Tier 4 prizes will be transferred digitally to winners upon receipt of their valid ID via email. 

• Tala agrees to shoulder 20% tax on prizes whose cost exceed Php 10,000.

• Participants agree to allow Tala to collect personal information in order to generate the raffle entry, provide notifications, announce the winners on social media, and fulfill your prize and may, for these purposes, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, sponsors, service providers, and prize suppliers.
