We would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding your Tala Wallet. Upon review, it appears that your Tala Wallet has remained inactive for an extended period of time.

In accordance with the Tala Wallet Terms and Conditions, your account will be deactivated in one week.

Account Closure
After your Tala Wallet is deactivated, you will no longer be able to perform the following transactions via the Wallet:

  • Cash in
  • Repay your outstanding balance (You may still do this through other repayment channels)
  • Bills payment
  • Cash transfers
