Eligibility
To be eligible for the raffle, the customer must:
1. Have not yet activated the Tala Wallet (virtual wallet powered by UnionBank, separate from the Tala app account).
2. Have applied for and disbursed a loan in the Tala App within the last 6 months from the promo period.
3. Must not have any outstanding, past due loans in the last 90 days
4. Apply for and activate your Tala Wallet within the promo period.

Please note that the activation of the Tala Wallet is subject to know-your-client (KYC) and fraud detection procedures pursuant to anti-money laundering regulations. If your Tala Wallet application is denied as a result of these procedures, you will not be eligible for the raffle.
If you successfully activate your Tala Wallet within the promo period, you will receive an SMS confirming your entry into the raffle.
Prize
100 random customers will receive Php2,500.00 through the Tala Wallet. A customer can only win once. The prize will not be subjected to tax as it does not exceed Php10,000.00.
Determination of Winners
The promotion will close on April 28, 2023 at 11:59pm. Tala will pull data for every activated Tala Wallet among eligible participants. Winners will be selected through a random draw and in the presence of a DTI representative on May 2, 2023 at 9:00am. A total of one hundred (100) winners will be chosen to win.
Notification and Announcement of Winners
The 100 winners will be notified via SMS, push notification, email, and in-app communication on the Tala App on May 2, 2023.
Claiming of Prizes and Redemption Period
Winners will receive the prize of Php2,500 through the Tala Wallet. Php2,500 will be credited to their balance within 30 days from May 2, 2023. The winners do not need to do anything to claim and/or redeem the prize as it will be done automatically.
