    Eligibility: To join the raffle, the customer:

    
    

    1. Must sign up and register for a Tala account, and provide their name, address, contact number, and other details required for KYC

    2. Must have no active loan at the time of the promo.

    3. Must apply and disburse their first Tala loan within the promo period.

    4. Deadline for submission of entries is on October 3, 2024.

    
    

    Additional Details:

    
    

    1. Once a customer completes a loan disbursement, they will receive an email and push notification the following day to confirm their raffle entry. A customer can only have one raffle entry.

    2. The following are prohibited from participating in the promo: All employees of Tala Philippines Inc., their advertising agencies, participating entities, any person or entity involved in the event, as well as their relatives/family members up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.

    
    

    Prize Details: 

    
    

    • Prize per Winner: 

    ₱750.00 to be directly credited to their e-wallet of choice. The prize must be credited to the winner’s account and is non-transferrable.

    The prize will not be subjected to tax as it does not exceed ₱10,000.00.

    
    

    • Number of Winners: 

    25 random customers. 

    A customer can only win once.

    
    
    

    Determination of Winners:

    
    

    1. Oct 3, 2024 – The promotion will close at 11:59pm. 

    2. Oct 4, 2024 – Tala will pull the list of qualified raffle entries. Winners will be selected through a random draw held in the office of Tala Financing Philippines Inc., at 5600 Osmeña Highway cor. Arellano Street, Brgy. Palanan, Makati CIty,  and in the presence of a DTI representative at 9:00am through Google Meet. A total of 25 winners will be chosen. A customer can only win once. Tala will also submit the list of winners with their personal details to the DTI.

    
    

    Notification and Announcement of Winners:

    
    

    1. Oct 7, 2024 – The names of the winners will be posted on the https://tala.ph/tala-p750-raffle/ page. Winners will also be informed through registered mail, email, and push notifications via the Tala app. They will have to inform Tala of the details of their chosen e-wallet, where their prize will be credited.

    2. Oct 7, 2024 onwards – Winners will receive the prize of ₱750.00 in their e-wallet.

    3. A customer can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, their name will be re-drawn.

    
    

    Redemption of Prizes and Redemption Period:

    
    

    1. To claim the prize, winners must send via email to Tala at promos@tala.co a copy of 1 valid government issued ID, together with their e-wallet account and account number where the prize will be credited.

    2. The winner has sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

    3. Tala Philippines reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entries and participants and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with the mechanics. Any incomplete responses will be deemed invalid. 

    4. The cash prize of ₱750.00 will be transferred to the winner’s chosen e-wallet after confirmation of their details.

    5. Participants agree to allow Tala to collect personal information in order to generate the raffle entry, provide notifications, announce the winners on social media, and fulfill your prize and may, for these purposes, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, sponsors, service providers, and prize suppliers.
